Shipping policy

SUMMARY

Order Processing - Up to 2 weeks for a custom hat order. Readymade hat order will ship within 1 business day. 

Shipping Method - Orders are shipped via USPS. Rates depend on order amount and shipping destination. 

Free Shipping on order of $45.00 or more within the continental United States on qualifying products.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 weeks to process your custom order. Readymade order will ship within 1 business day. Expect an email within a day to let you know your order is on the way!

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you offer multiple international shipping options, you can list them in a table as well.

Delivery times for international shipping are longer since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Raceway Hats is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Drop shipped items from a supply partner are subject to outside shipping times and can take 5-15 business days to arrive in the continental United States. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at chris@arclightdev.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
